The Guardian has reportedĀ an incredible story of a passenger on low-cost US airline JetBlue being asked by cabin crew to ‘hang out’ in the toilet for three hours or a five-hour flight.
Apparently the passenger had purchased the ticket on a special friend of staff deal, and was originally allocated a seat as one of the aircraft’s crew agreed to sit in the ‘jump seat’. When she grew tired of sitting there she asked him to sit in the toilet instead so she could have his seat.
The passenger is now suing JetBlue - read the Guardian article for the full story.
